Welcome to my blog and THANKS for visiting. I have been knitting for 12 years now. I first started knitting when a friend called me up and asked me to take a class with her while she was laid up due to foot surgery. I fell in love with it instantly and have been knitting ever since. I did take a short break while living in Hawaii because I was disappointed that I could not make my kids beautiful wool sweaters. Since moving back to the mainland I have been knitting non-stop. I just can't seem to put the needles down and I have fallen in love with making socks. I never thought I would like it but there's something to say about putting on a nice soft, warm pair of socks made by hand especially for, well, ME! I rarely knit for myself so it is a real treat when I finish a pair. Have fun browsing and please feel free to comment, I would love to hear from you. Have a great day.
